As Dan Drezner said last week, Mitt Romney’s Wall Street Journal Op-Ed from the same was as if the Hulk had written it: “Romney mad at China. Romney smash China.” Easy to overlook Romney’s comments as primary positioning and no more, but is that a mistake?
